Marina Sol Premier Properties only represents and rents out the best properties at Marina Sol Residences & Resort which have been remodeled and updated.
Marina Sol Premier Properties has been located in the same office location inside the Lobby of The Marina Sol Residences & Resort since 1997 with the same owner / operator Clint Suveges.
We have the perfect central location only a one block walk to Medano Beach, two blocks away from Cabos fabulous Marina and Cabos downtown area which includes the large Puerto Paraiso Mall and the new high end grocery and liquor store that recently opened The Chedraui Selecto.
- We pride ourselves in only renting the "Best of the Best Properties" at the Resort. - We keep all our Premier Properties meticulously maintained and we can assure all our guests that everything will be in working order, modern in quality and spotlessly clean.
- We have English speaking, professional staff and concierge services available 7 days a week who can coordinate your private transportation needs from the airport with a "stop and shop" service, or

First time back in Cabo since 2015 and wow has it grown!
Stayed this time in a unit at Marina Sol. It was perfect for our needs. Family of (6) including self and husband, adult son and daughter in law and grandsons ages 17 and 19.
We stayed in a 4 bedroom penthouse suite. Just what was needed for our much needed vacation. Plenty of space and beautifully appointed. Extremely well maintained. Thank you Lori Garcia at Cabo Magic for the recommendation and thank you owner Clint for the outstanding services..
On premises is a wonderful Palapa Bar and Grill where we enjoyed several meals, including having our fresh catch prepared. The pool is heated and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I cannot say enough, other than we will definitely stay here again.
The next time you think to get back to Cabo do not hesitate to stay at Marina Sol, the best place in town, just one block away from Medano Beach, half block from the Shopping Mall, walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas no more than 10 minutes. The Marina is just crossing the street. Great team always lookin after all your needs.

We once again had an amazing time staying at Marina Sol booking through Marina Sol Premier Properties. They are always very professional and accommodating. Perfect location. It's a block to the beach and to the marina and town. We could walk everywhere, no rental car no taxi's. The room was very neat and clean with all the amenities you would ever need including an excellent air conditioner. The king size bed was so comfortable. The property is very quiet and peaceful and secure with a beautiful pool. The pool bar and restaurant are very good. There is a convenience store in the lobby. This property has everything you need. We'll be back again next year.
