This is a 6th floor corner unit that has a large wrap around terrace and features a view of The Marina Sol pool and courtyard as well as a view of the City of Cabo and the mountains. Casa Orchid gets both Sunrises and Sunsets and the terrace has a nice patio furniture set for 4 guests to dine at. (Propane BBQ for terrace is available upon request)
Condo has been completely updated with a beautiful Full size kitchen complete with purified water and all the appliances and conveniences you would find in your own home. Living Room features a pull out sofa bed, Satelite TV with 250 channels and a nice dining table for 4 guests.
Master bedroom has king size bed, Hotel safe, TV and direct access to the outside terrace. Bathroom has been updated in all New Mexican tiles and fixtures.
Condo has free worldwide phone calls plus private high speed Wi Fi internet service.

Rental Rates:
- December 21st, 2022 – April 30th 2023 $165 per night or $ 1,100 per week
- May 1st, 2023 to September 30th 2023 – $150 US per night or $1,000 per week
- October 1st , 2023 – September 30th 2024 – $175 per night or $1,175 per week
Plus we have an additional charge of $45 for the final cleaning fee.

The cost is $45.00 when this cleaning is requested.
