Description:
The Master bedroom is very large and features a King size bed plus a pull out sofa bed and has its own private ensuite bathroom that is in marble.
The Guests bedroom can be set up with 2 – twin beds or as a King size bed and the 2nd bathroom is located right beside the Guest Bedroom.
The modern Kitchen features a Granite Island and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal and the storage area in behind has a full size Washer and Dryer.
Dining Room features a large table for 6 guests where you can relax and eat or do other activities. The Living Room is spacious and features a pull out sofa bed , blue tooth player and a Smart TV with 200 channels to choose from. The condo also has its own private high speed internet and a land phone with free world wide calling.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard from your 2nd floor location while you BBQ on the spacious patio that is also set up with an outside dining area.

Rental Rates:
- December 21st, 2022 – April 30th 2023 $225 per night or $ 1,500 per week
- May 1st, 2023 to September 30th 2023 – $210 US per night or $1,400 per week
- October 1st , 2023 – September 30th 2024 – $250 per night or $1,700 per week
Plus we have an additional charge of $55 for the final cleaning fee.
Note * Additional cleaning service is available during your stay.
The cost is $55.00 when this cleaning is requested.
Rates subject to change based on availability, holidays, etc.
