Description:
Penthouse Buena Vista was remodeled in the summer of 2016 and everything inside is modern and luxurious.
Come enjoy Cabo in an air-conditioned two level Luxurious Penthouse with a complete kitchen featuring all granite counters a portable Granite Island and all the appliances you would find in your own home.
Kitchen also has a purified water system and the fridge has an ice maker.
We can accommodate two couples in style or up to six people total, which makes it perfect for families.
The Master Suite
The lower level has a Master Suite with a King Size bed and also has direct access to the outside terrace and has its own private 3 piece bathroom all in Marble finishes.
The Upper Level Master Suite
The upper level of The Penthouse features a Master Suite with a King size bed plus an additional single bed , an on suite bathroom that is all high end Granite and Marble with all top of the line finishes throughout.
The upper level suite also features a great view of Cabo and the surrounding area. Additional amenities upstairs include a small bar and mini fridge, sofa and lounge chair plus a TV and lots of space to relax.
The Living Room
Located on the lower level is the Living room which features Direct TV via satellite, plus its own private high speed wireless internet service that works on both levels of the Penthouse. Pocket doors lead from the living room area to the large private balcony that features a propane BBQ and lots of seating area all the while enjoying a great unobstructed View of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area as well as a Gorgeous night view of all the lights and the City of Cabo.

Rental Rates:
- December 21st, 2022 – September 30th 2023 – $250 US per night
- October 1st , 2023 – September 30th 2024 – $275 per night
Plus we have an additional charge of $55 for the final cleaning fee.
Note * Additional cleaning service is available during your stay.
The cost is $55.00 when this cleaning is requested.
Rates subject to change based on availability, holidays, etc.
